Export Sequence enables Outreach customers to export their sequences to PDF or Word (.docx) format. It extracts sequence details, steps, email templates, and performance metrics into beautifully formatted documents that can be shared, documented, or used for collaboration purposes.

Export Sequence uses Outreach's official OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access your sequences. Once authenticated, browse and search your sequences, select the ones you want, choose your preferred format (PDF or DOCX), and download professionally formatted documents containing all your sequence information.

No installation required! Export Sequence is a web-based tool that works entirely in your browser. No downloads or software installation needed.

Export Sequence is a third-party tool that integrates with Outreach using their public API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Outreach. The application requests only the read-only Outreach OAuth scopes required for this integration.

Export Sequence uses Outreach's official OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol, which is the same secure method used by official Outreach integrations. Your credentials are never stored or accessed by Export Sequence. We only request read-only access to your sequences. All communication is encrypted using HTTPS.

Export Sequence processes your sequence data in real-time to generate documents. Sequence data is not stored on our servers.

Yes. You can revoke access at any time through your Outreach authorized applications settings.

Export Sequence supports two formats:

• PDF - Perfect for sharing and printing

• Word (.docx) - Editable in Microsoft Word and Google Docs

The exported document includes:

• Sequence metadata (ID, name, description, status, creation date)

• Performance metrics (deliveries, opens, clicks, replies with percentages)

• All sequence steps with execution timing

• Email templates (subject and body) for email steps

• Task notes for non-email steps

Export Sequence handles:

• Auto email steps - Includes subject and body from templates

• Manual email steps - Includes subject and body from templates

• Task steps - Includes task notes

• Other step types - Displays available information

Yes. HTML formatting in email templates is preserved in both PDF and DOCX exports. However, note that images in email templates are currently not supported in exports.

Yes. If available, the export includes delivery counts, open rates, click rates, and reply rates with percentages calculated automatically.

Getting started is simple:

1. Visit Export Sequence website

2. Click "Connect with Outreach" and authenticate with your Outreach account

3. Browse or search your sequences in the list

4. Select one or more sequences, choose your preferred format (PDF or DOCX), and click Export

5. Your document (or a ZIP for multiple sequences) will automatically download

Yes. Select multiple sequences from the list and export them together. Single selections download as one PDF or DOCX file, while multiple selections download as a ZIP archive containing a document for each sequence.

No. Your authentication session persists, so you can export multiple sequences without re-authenticating. You'll need to log in again if your session expires or you log out.

• Use the search box to filter by sequence name

• Confirm your Outreach account has read access to the sequence

• If you can't view the sequence in Outreach, it won't appear here

2. Ensure your Outreach account has access to the sequence

3. Verify your Outreach account is active

Export Sequence formats content for document export, which may differ slightly from the web interface. The structure and information match, but formatting is optimized for PDF/DOCX readability.

This can happen if:

• The sequence template doesn't have content

• The step type doesn't include email content (e.g., task steps)

• There are API access restrictions

Check the sequence in Outreach to confirm the content exists.

You can export sequences you have read access to in Outreach. If you can't view a sequence in Outreach, you won't be able to export it.

Yes, Export Sequence is completely free to use. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs.

Export Sequence works with any Outreach account that has API access. Most Outreach plans include API access.

Export Sequence processes data in real-time and does not store sequence content. We follow best practices for data handling and security. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Yes. Many users export sequences for compliance, audits, and documentation purposes. The exports provide a snapshot of sequence content and structure.

No. Your sequences are only accessible to you through your authenticated session. We do not share, sell, or distribute your sequence data.
